Spartan Firearms Training Group has partnered with Corporal Ryan Thomas to offer a medical course designed for civilians and Law Enforcement personnel to offer a critically important Emergency Casualty Care Course (E-Triple C). Ryan has over 15 years of service as a paramedic and over 10 years as a Law Enforcement Officer.
Ryan is a certified Law Enforcement Emergency Medical Care Course (LEEMCC) instructor. He is also the Chairman of the LEEMCC advisory board.
Course topics will include the following:
• History of tactical combat care
• Causes of field mortality
• Zones of care
• Survival Mindset
• Trauma Assessment
• Terminal Ballistics
• Hemorrhage control with an emphasis on tourniquet use
• Basic airway management
• Patient evacuation
• Transferring care to Police/EMS
• Creating an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK)
Participants receive a tourniquet and an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) as part of their tuition.
