Maryland Wear and Carry permits must be renewed on a cyclical basis. There is an 8-hour training requirement that includes live-fire requalification. This course satisfies the Maryland State Police renewal requirements.

$50.00 permit renewal fee paid to the Maryland State Police
No fingerprinting is required for renewals, but you will need a new passport photo.
